How do I place an order?
Ordering from us is easy! Find the item you would like to buy, select the click the "Add to Cart" button in that product's description page. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Cart" button at the top of the page.
You can also edit the number of items or remove the ones you don't want from your shopping cart.
Where is my order?
Did you place an order more than 10 days ago and would like to find out the status? Send an email to email@example.com and include your name, order number, and email address. We will reply with information about your order as soon as we can. Please take into account that all the US orders are shipped within the first 3 to 4 business days.
Can I modify my order?
In case you want to modify your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card Amex, Master, Visa, Discovery and Paypal.
Do you have free shipping?
Free shipping is only valid on purchases over $100. No code required. Valid on standard ground shipments within the continental United States. Free shipping is not valid on international or expedited shipments.
How will we ship your order?
We will ship your order within 3-4 business days via USPS. On average, it takes 3-4 days for US addresses. In case you selected an International shipment, please let us know and we will assist you with the process, you can email us at email@example.com
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the shipping method, so the shipping rate is calculated at the checkout. If you need more detailed information please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I ship my order outside of the USA?
Yes, we ship our products outside the US but only to the following places: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
Please check with the Customs bureau in the destination country if you are unsure about any specific import regulations or restrictions that might affect your shipment.
Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
Yes, in most cases we are able to ship to a PO Box. We will let you know if an item needs a physical address, based on the shipping method you selected.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your shipment is lost or stolen, we will do everything possible to assist you. However, we are not responsible for missing packages if the shipper can’t verify delivery to the shipping address.
How do I return an item?
At De La Sol Home we take pride in the craftsmanship and value of our products. We maintain a tradition of standing behind our highly curated selection. However, it's important to us that our customers have final say on personal satisfaction. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work to find you the perfect replacement, if that’s not possible then we will facilitate a return.
You can return your item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. After those 7 days, returns will be refunded in online store credit for the value of the purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for return after 21 days.
What about gifts and gift certificates?
Gifts can be returned for online store credit only, within the time frames and conditions outlined in the "return" section (pegar el enlace a donde dice los limites de tiempo y mas info). Gift certificates are non-returnable.
